"Hospitality" my sweet bippy! What I am experiencing in the way of hospitality is to be hauled into court for "Violence against Women and Children" because I have allegedly not supported my son. We will see what happens Tuesday when I appear in court in Pasay (Manila) with receipts for every peso and all the groceries, utility bills, rent receipts and the letter from SS that my son has received $12,293.00 since his birth on Halloween Day 2009. The act with which I am charged says I must be charged in the court where the alleged offenses allegedly occurred and not in some court of convenience and since I can prove neither myself, my ex GF nor my son has ever lived in Pasay the case should be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. I will report back next week about the "justice" I receive. My counter affidavit was prepared & notarized for no charge at the Public
Attorney's Office here in Malaybalay City and they say that the prosecutor should dismiss the case because I have attached the proof of support which is the only actual charge. Failing that, the court could simply send the case to Cavite Province where we lived all those years.
